Contrary to the Matter....

Well its been a while since I've updates this thing, so I thought I'd pop a new one in here.

Last few weeks, have been interesting, blood tests came back all normal, so thats not the problem, doesn't solve the sleep issue though. Uni's going well, group project is getting along good, just the individual thing thats slowing up, need to crack on with it really. Thats for next week.

hey, ive been feeling really tired as of late aswell, going bed early, waking up at 6 (like i normally do for work) and yet still feeling like i need more sleep. Have you been doing more exercise than normal or feeling really stresses, those can both contribute to insomnia but you dont sleep well anyway as i remember.

Anyway, hope everythings cool in the land of you!!
